By purchasing, accessing or using any course, digital product, workbook, reading guide, numerology resource or other material created by Numbers with Asta, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Intellectual Property
All original materials supplied by Numbers with Asta, including written content, workbooks, course materials, worksheets, diagrams, recorded lessons, digital resources and proprietary frameworks, remain the intellectual property of Numbers with Asta unless otherwise stated.
Purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased materials for your own learning and personal development, subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the purchased materials without prior written permission.
Repackage, reproduce or substantially replicate the original materials to create a competing product, course, membership or educational resource.
Share paid course content, workbooks, recordings or downloadable resources with individuals who have not purchased or been authorised to access them.
Claim authorship or ownership of original materials created by Numbers with Asta.
Use the materials to create or deliver a substantially copied version of a paid program or resource offered by Numbers with Asta.
3. Independent Practice & Creative Freedom
Nothing in this agreement prevents you from practising numerology, offering your own readings or services, teaching numerology, developing your own original courses or creating independent educational materials.
Numerology concepts, traditional number meanings, general knowledge and independently developed ideas remain available for your own use. This agreement protects Numbers with Asta's original expression, materials and intellectual property, not numerology as a practice or field of knowledge.
4. Permission for Commercial Use
If you wish to reproduce, adapt, distribute or commercially use any protected materials beyond the licence granted above, you must obtain prior written permission from Numbers with Asta.
Permission may be granted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to separate licensing terms.
5. Breach of Agreement
Unauthorised copying, distribution or commercial use of protected materials may result in access being withdrawn and may lead to further action where legally available.
6. Acknowledgement
By purchasing or accessing the relevant materials, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to comply with them.
